Settle on a time ticker

The current time picker is just a dropdown with the time of five-minutes intervals. We can probably find a better time picker 😄

I went with dropdowns because a) it's way less clicks than anything else and b) there were some scoping issues in angular, so I'll just say be careful what you choose and don't just go for pretty over functionality

You could maybe use this plugin http://angularscript.com/simple-time-picker-for-angularjs-fm-timepicker/ which let you set start and end time.. and also the interval.
For many stores there is probably no need to add range between 0:00 and 6:00 - but developer can decide that :)
