Saven and publish button keeps loading after logout

Bug summary

If a backoffice user remains inactive for an extended period and then clicks the "Save and Publish" button, they are redirected to the login screen. After logging in, the user is returned to the page, but the "Save and Publish" button continues to show a loading state indefinitely.

In the final screenshot, you can also notice that the icons are missing, similar to the issue described in Umbraco CMS issue #18083.

A button keeps loading because a timeout can happen if the UI is not set up properly when an action is "canceled". I believe this is the case with the Save and Save&Publish buttons, and maybe more. The workaround currently is to click them again.

That the icons are missing seems to happen on Cloud sites in special circumstances, that we have yet to investigate, but interesting that it happens in this case nonetheless.
