Request .desktop (and others?)

Pretty much what the title says, also I was curious how hard it would be to implement something that basically lets you do .(just-about-any-other-topic) and then set up a catalog for whatever chan started it.

So a chan owner could make for sake of argument ".battlestation" despite it not already being a combot module, and from there it functions the same as a classic .dtop .intro etc etc.
