Description

Is false the correct value?

From the console:

--- Disable Defender Antivirus remote experimentation and configurations
Successfully set "DisableCoreServiceECSIntegration" to "False".

How can the bug be recreated?

Thank you for great observations and contributions @jarelllama.
I'm adding the fix now, will be released as part of new version.

This commit fixes `DisableCoreServiceECSIntegration` value to properly
disable remote experimentation and configurations in Defender. The
previous value (`$False`) was causing the opposite of indended behavior.

The default value is also updated to match Microsoft's documentation and
actual system behavior.
