Improved reporting to include reports detailing the following information

• Summary information about how many chats were initiated from a site in a given time frame.
• Summary information about how many chats were handled by each agent for a site in a given time frame.
• Summary information about how long an agent is takes to respond after a visitor types a message.
• Summary information about how many chat requests were offered to an agent and not accepted. (all operators per site)
• Summary information about how long visitors have to wait for an agent to be located to respond to their chat request.
• Detailed information about chats for a given site during a given time frame.
