깃랩이나 유피넬 홈페이지가 죽은걸 눈치 못챈 경우가 자꾸 생긴다

Route53 health check → Cloudwatch Alarm → AWS SNS → AWS Lambda (https://github.com/femiwiki/sns-discord) 이렇게 구성하면 엔드포인트에 문제가 생겼을때 슬랙 등으로 알림을 쏠 수 있다.
