Describe the bug
When Ubuntu Pro is activated first and then CyberPanel (Version: 2.3, Build: 9, Commit: 6f28d39) is installed on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, PHP versions become unusable in the website creation interface. This issue is consistently reproducible.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Activate Ubuntu Pro on a fresh Ubuntu 22.04 LTS server.
Install CyberPanel (Version: 2.3, Build: 9).
Navigate to the "Websites" tab and click on "Create Website".
Attempt to set PHP versions, which will be unavailable in the dropdown or result in an error.
Expected behavior
The PHP versions should be selectable and fully functional in the website creation screen after CyberPanel installation.
Screenshots No screenshots available as the server was deleted, but the issue is 100% reproducible.
Additional context
A temporary workaround is to complete CyberPanel installation before activating Ubuntu Pro. Once installation is complete, Ubuntu Pro can be activated without causing this issue.
