It seems that people want to use ntsc-rs on older Intel CPUs with integrated graphics whose drivers have dropped support for Windows 10:

This will fail because egui has no software renderer (see emilk/egui#2545 and emilk/egui#1129). There should be some sort of fallback here, either by creating a software renderer for epaint (and hopefully upstreaming it to make egui upgrades less painful), or shipping SwiftShader + ANGLE in the Windows distribution.
