When importing large amounts of points, some tiles can become very large.
Tippecanoe addresses this by calculating a factor for the entire zoom level that reduces the number of points equally across all tiles.
Instead of using the same factor for the entire zoom level, a dynamic factor should be used. For example, the factor could remain relatively constant within a range of 2–3 tiles (the maximum visible on a screen at once), but beyond that, it could return to 1.
