No task bar at the bottom

I install the dark theme via system settings>global theme, and apply the layout. However, the task bar at the bottom disappear (but I have the top bar which not captured by the screenshot tool in the following image). How can I get the bottom bar back?

Apply the default theme breeze layout, or add a new default dock
