Could you add in the configuration the option for the user to choose where the downloaded applications and data files he uses are stored? This is one of the main reasons why I don't recommend FlatPak: It devours the user's storage space without the user being aware of it. I have my downloaded AppImage's in a separate partition, but I see no possibility in BAUH to do this.
Personally, I would be happy if this functionality was available for AppImages, but if you add it for FlatPak as well, BAUH would be the ultimate application management tool for me.
Thanks
