virtio-mem implementation was added to the tree.

Yes, viomem is a part of virtio-win ios and rpm
virtio-win/virtio-win-pkg-scripts@1431fa0
and also included in installer virtio-win/virtio-win-guest-tools-installer@daf2701

Just be advice that if I'm not mistaken, the driver itself is still release as a preview.
