[Feature] Ability to use Any Key for Shortcuts

Premise

VokoscreenNG handles Global Keyboard shortcuts very well, but it's rather limited in execution.

The Issue

For instance I always prefer to use my Numeric keypad keys in recording software as they are mostly unused on the regular, for my specific example I like to tie Screenshot commands to " * " and being/stop recordings to " / " (both on the Numeric Keypad, but this seems impossible with Voko

Possible solution

Could there possibly be a change to be able to input any key we would like for the Global Shortcuts?

According to the source code, the numeric keypad is not supported.
It would take weeks or even months to change this and make any key work.
The source code for Global Shortcut currently contains around 1400 lines.
It would have to be rewritten for Windows and Linux.
The effort involved would be extremely high.
