Editable if date in past?

I am trying to make it so dates in the past can not be edited, I tried something like this but it isn't working. Anyone have any insight on how to set this up?

eventClick: function (info: any) {

			if (info.event.start < today && info.event.start) {
				options.eventStartEditable = false;
			}

Nvm, this works if you put it on eventMouseEvent, closing now!
