launch_serve 时支持更灵活的路由定义 #17

当前launch_serve只支持一个chat接口的路由，部分agent需要同时暴露多个接口，目前需要深入sdk实现从BotServer处实现

剥离chat接口的工具函数，可以定义多个chat接口
暴露路由定义的接口
给出例子
