当前有一个抽象方法可以自动执行toolcall，能否加一个breakpoint 在执行到某个tool的时候可以向用户请求confirmation。
预期

有一个api 可以打断自动连续toolcall，直接结束当前请求，返回已有的所有toolcall
当用户confirm之后，（在下一次请求中加一个什么信息），bot 可以继续往下执行
