Total Traffic Title and Cycle Period

As you can see in the below picture, I defined 107 max traffic for the User107, but the user consumed 116GB, another strange point is about when the user connects via vpnhood client and it shows that just 12GB is consumed by the user107 and I think it's wrong. I think the vpnhood client app shows the Cycle traffic which I do not know how it works and what is the philosophy of this option.

The "Max Traffic" is The maximum cycle traffic and the title needs to be fixed in the panel. Currently, the access server resets the cycle traffic on the first of each month, but it seems like the cycle period may not meet your requirements. Perhaps you need a longer period or even no reset at all so you will be able to use it as total traffic. If we allow you to set the cycle period, then both the cycle period and total traffic will be the same.

Ho do i can stop resetting used traffic for each user?!
I think this feature is not useful, because there is some clients that i want to give them 100GB with no limitation based on time. by resetting their traffic on cycle period, practically their allowed traffic won't be finished at all.
At least set a button to enable or disable it.

Do you put this bug on your backlog for solving?
I think its not logic to reset cycle traffic monthly and check the permission traffic based on that.

I think it is a bug which you have forgotten to solve it, because as I remember it was a reported bug which I reported to you about 4 months ago and you have said you are going to solve it in the next version. But unfortunately, after 4 month it haven't resolved yet.
