Element Crossing

• Lukas is looking into preserving the state of SVG <animate> elements.
• Currently, only CSS Animations are handled. Being able to handle CSS Transitions as well might even be helpful for Astro's transition:persist, which can not persist CSS transition state.
• Add anim:* to preserve all animations of an element, including animations of SVGs

• Also provide directions on the old page to allow for opt-out from view transitions depending on the direction.

Inspection Chamber

• Update the Chamber to accept the level 2 StartViewTransitionOptions for startViewTransition()
• Add a panel that shows current view transition types and let you switch them on and off
