Enable the sidebar-section in the troubleshooting list page

The sidebar-section is a component nested in the sidebar, that shows the categories and articles pertaining to that specific content section.

It is not displayed in the troubleshooting list page. The content is in the navigation file, but for some reason the sidebar fallback is not being passed to the sidebar component, so the sidebar-section returns just <> </>.

Options to enable this include:

• Comparing the code to other list pages that correctly display the sidebar-section (announcements).
• Rebuilding the page from some of the similar pages (???)

It is also possible that there is some issue in the components repo.
