Add links in the list of "broken fragments"

When link-checker reports broken fragments, it displays them as a list of "inert" URLs.
As it is often required to interactively test them (there are many false negative due to JS-generated fragments, e.g. in Respec documents), it would be much more convenient if these URLs were actually links.
