When a genome is clicked or tapped in the genome visualization, this should be interpreted as the intention to filter the result set down to see only that genome.
If a result set is filtered to a single genome by the above mechanism or any other (e.g. through the filter UI), then the display should expand each chromosome and display them one-to-a-line.

As a user I would like to see a detailed distribution of a result set on all chromosomes when filtered to a single species.
This task adds some interaction to #9.
