Past events should not show registration&cfp call for action

these calls for action make no sense for past events. But as a user I would love to see the recordings there.
e.g. currently searching for the recordings of the prague gathering

There is current work happening to re-design the website and will float this as a feature request, that once the event has passed the CfP (calls for proposals) button changes into one linking to the Youtube channel for W3PN

Unsure how to make it point to a specific video/list for each event - also because not all events have video recordings or playlists made for them - so to me it makes sense to me to bring the user to Youtube and they can search for videos there.
