Github auto actions for release

I am interested to know if you would like to see PRs to automatically release and generate release notes?

It can be fully automatic or schedule at an interval, or manually run but still auto generate.

An example I have done before is here: https://github.com/Hyundai-Kia-Connect/hyundai_kia_connect_api/releases that one auto releases per merge- however if you prefer to bundle can be auto scheduled for say weekly if any changes were merged. With a quick button click to force it to run more often.

If interested I can great PRs for these github actions.
