I am not able to connect the call with mobile, with laptop and desktop working fine but not will mobile.

@amanssit Please give more details about the device and the mobile version of the browser (type, versions, os version..)

@SnezanaDichevska i am using android os 6.0.1 and chrome 53.0.2758.124
