Spike for unifying Prismic API ID casing

RFC 067 proposes doing a spike to establish time/effort/risk for rationalising how we case things from the Prismic API

After discussing in FE catch-up we've determined the effort and the risk weren't worth it. Decisions moving forward will be enforced and documented in Gitbook or a README file in the repo, with exceptions listed out for awareness. This ticket can serve to ensure that documentation takes place and be closed when it's done.
