I used this tool to clone all the admin repositories. After this commit, which had deleted two erroneous files, I ran the wof-clone-repos command again in order to sync my local repositories with the origin. However the two deleted files still remained in my working directory, although marked as untracked and had to manually remove them.
Shouldn't the wof-clone-repos command remove the deleted files from the working directory automatically?
