目的

為了加快載入速度，應將已上傳的圖片轉為webp，並將尺寸裁減為適當大小。

未來上傳的圖片也應自動套用相同處理。

功能

確認需要哪些大小
設定Lambda function處理轉檔
設定S3上傳觸發Lambda
