Mapped IDs for OCR words are in the rds (LATEST), but the same IDs are not showing on the website. For example:

https://pfocr.wikipathways.org/figures/PMC4008642__nihms572820f1.html: discrepancy in chemicals for the same figure; website shows 5 ChEBI IDs, while the rds has ChEBI ids for 7 chemicals (Pyruvate and Lactate are missing IDs on the website).

This also happens with diseases, but for many of the examples involving disease mentions there's another issue; the disease words found by OCR are false positives (not actually in the figure). But the discrepancy between the website and the rdf is still true for these.

I think this is actually two separate issues, Im updating the original comment to reflect this. And opening another issue for the other problem. #18
