Bulk Image Reloading

Have a button that brings up a dialog with 3 buttons: "cancel" , "current", "all", which will reload none, the current page or all the images stored in cache. Also have it as part of the schema that items will know if they have been manually edited and make it so this functionality does not touch those items. The dialog can have a check mark to override this and reload even manually set tiles.
