Hi, thanks for putting this very useful toolbox on the web! I'm curious, is this designed to be run at the single-subject level, or group level? If this is designed for single-subject use, do you have any recommendations for detecting similar micro states across sets of individuals (e.g., could you supply a set of components that then get identified in the group data like dual regression in fMRI following ICA decomposition?)

This is designed to be run at the single-subject level. I never got around to do any serious micro-state analysis on group level, so I'm afraid I can't help you there. Try the Picrostates (https://github.com/vferat/pycrostates) package for a more comprehensive set of tools.
