Raging Blow: Doesn't proc Apparatus at all but procs Vessel (both MH+OH).
Slam: Off-hands doesn't proc Vessel but does proc Apparatus, MH procs everything.
Whirlwind: Off-hands doesn't proc anything, MH procs everything.
