Describe the bug
All relics should now have a Prismatic gem slot, however the option is missing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Equip any relic
  2. The slot to equip a gem in is missing

Expected behavior
You should be able to put a gem in the gem slot (non-cogwheel ones)
