Describe the bug
Wanted to remove Challey's Staff and did not remove it, causing a double fo the item to appear

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Clear items
Import from bags (Addon)
Simulator only show 1 combination still despite all the tiems appearing
Wowsims says "there is some error please refresh page"
Refresh page
Clear items
Refresh page again
Challey's staff is still there whereas all other items have been cleared
Get error "failed to remove item please report"

Expected behavior
Want to remove item
