Stoneform (Dwarf Racial) being cast by Autocast All CDs

Autocast All CDs is casting Stoneform. Stoneform is not a dps gain for anyone, it is only a defensive gain.

For DPS based sims, it should not be counted in Auto-cast. It incurs a GCD which may not be accounted for by APL writers, and I don't think APLs should have to always have a row for Stoneform to exclude it from running (because dps will basically never want to use it for dps purposes).

An added GCD can jumble openers, and if an APL writer is unaware, they may never sim with dwarf and never see this as an issue.

Tank based sims may still want to include it, though I'd defer to those who work on tank sims for that decision.
