Deadly Poison's max rank is 4 #948

In the tank rogue sim, you can only select rank 5 Deadly Poison. But while AQ is not yet released, Deadly Poison rank 4 is the max rank.

Updated the UI to reflect this. It was actually applying rank 4 but showing rank 5 in the UI
