Describe the bug
Although I have my professions set properly in the Player Settings, and I did not pick Jewelcrafting, the gem selector lists Dragon's Eye gems.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the Settings panel, and under Player, choose professions Skinning and Leatherworking.
Go to the Gear panel and click on any equipped item with a socket.
Go to the gem selector and look at the list of proposed gems.
Expected behavior
Dragon's Eye gems should only be listed if the user has selected Jewelcrafter as one of his/her professions.
Additional context
This has been reported before as issue #1769 and is supposedly fixed since Nov 20, 2022. So I guess this is a regression caused by some other change since then.

I'm seeing this on all my characters: Feral Druid, Combat Rogue and Arms Warrior. Which is why I did not mention it - it didn't seem to be class-specific.
For clarity, the problem I'm reporting is with the manual gem selection, not the "Suggest Gems" feature.
