Possible to enable Smart Cache for logged in Users

Hi,

thanks a lot for this plugin! I just wondered why cache is disabled for logged in users? We use GraphQL in backend plugins as well and I suppose the cache would also be very helpful in that case. Anything I am missing which prevents using it for logged in users?

This is an issue for us as well. We love the speed that WPGraphQL Smart Cache offers but need authenticate for our production app.
