As a QA, I'd like to have e2e smoke test to cover Scenario: Should remove preconnect and prefetch when the feature is enabled

Steps:
Given: I enable Self-host Google Fonts
And: I visit 'GF template'
Then: I must not see any ggl fonts related preconnect/prefetch links in source
