Export do Word(.docx)

I subscribed to Jodit Pro and the tool is really fantastic, but one of the features I need most and which appears on the website and in the product presentation is the possibility of exporting to PDF, Word, Excel, etc. However, both in the examples and in the documentation it only mentions the PDF. I didn't find any reference to exporting to .docx anywhere. I opened a support ticket, sent emails and received no response. I also did not find a telephone number or any other contact channels other than those available on the website. I was very worried about the continuity of the software... It seems to me that the company does not have a contact channel with its customers.
