Passing in entity class package name in AbstractArchitectureTests constructor is a bit awkward

Should we pass in package name directly? The format and usage is a bit confusing for extending classes.

We can make entity name optional. We can the use assumptions to ignore tests that don't have this set sth like as shown below.

org.junit.jupiter.api.Assumptions.assumeTrue(entityPackageName != null);
