"Xinity Group" shall mean a group of people, who took a significant part
in process of developing the Software and accepted an invitation from
Tymofii Khodniev to join the group, and who have not received notification
of an exclusion from the group from Tymofii Khodniev or expressed their
desire to leave the group on own will. All members of Xinity Group are listed
in the most recent version of file "XAUTHORS.txt" placed alongside with this
license.

"Derived Works" shall mean any work, whether in source code or binary object
form, that is based on this Software, EXCLUDING works which either use
interfaces of this Software, or link to the compiled binary form of this
Software in static or dynamic form.

"Non-compete Agreement" shall mean an agreement not to enter in competition of
any kind with the Xinity Group and its products available at the time of this
Software started being used by You.

(c) The Non-compete Agreement is accepted
