Similar to #15 but for macOS

Bringing support for macOS is quite more involving than the current ETW Windows support that relies on ETW Kernel sessions to collect native call stacks.

Because there is no support out of the box for native callstacks, it will require a bit more low-level plumbing to make it happen.

Currently evaluating the feasibility.
