In Haskell I could do something like

description
    =   fullDesc
    <>  progDesc    "Program description"
    <>  header      "program header"

but Scala doesn't seem to allow me to compose progDesc with fullDesc, or maybe I'm missing a counterpart method for <> that would be able to compose InfoMod[A]?
