User Contexts Missing

Expected Behavior

User selects "Contexts" dropdown to see all of those respective actions.

Actual Behavior

When we select the Contexts dropdown, we do not have Users, Profiles or Sessions listed as contexts. We do not see any settings to turn these on or off. Thank you very much for any assistance you can provide on this.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Clicked Stream in left nav

2. Selected Context Drop down

3. No Users context available.
