这种情况是正常的，因为计算FSP是发生在 document.readyState === 'complete'的时候，但对于SPA单页应用，页面最大的内容可能发生在后端接口返回以后，我在实测过程中也遇到过这种情况，这两个值谁大谁小是不确定的
