Acquisition API Error

Started getting this error a few days ago and has been like this since. The buttons are greyed out so i can't press anything. When I go to the website the error displays, I am prompted with a CAPTCHA to verify that I am a human. I feel that maybe It could be on GGG's side blocking me...? but if anyone else knows anything about this I would appreciate any help I can get. I've tried reinstalling many times and locating all the various files to delete and reinstall but nothing has helped.
