Updating Shop Thread (PSA)

If your shop thread is not updating properly, exit Acquisition and login with a fresh POESESSID. You may have to do this at least once per hour as of today (about a month into Ritual league), so bookmark the login page: https://www.pathofexile.com/login. As of late February the POESESSID updates itself even if you stay logged into the website (check "Remember me"). You can also bookmark your forum shop thread, copy shop data to clipboard, and edit manually. This works because Acquisition seems to have no problem correctly scanning your stash after you change areas (e.g. hideout => Tane's lab => hideout). It's actually editing your thread that seems to be the issue.

I'm not a developer and I'm not aware of any recent (updated in 2021) fork of Acquisition. But I imagine this could be partially fixed by updating login to sign in with your PoE account like FilterBlade. Worst case scenario, you could have Acquisition automatically prompt you to relogin if updating shop thread was last done > X hours ago.
