Remove space on Job advert pages

There is a lot of white space on the job advert page and it's difficult for us to edit this ourselves to make it look good.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think we need to simplify this page so that we have more freedom to make it look good ourselves as each job advert is slightly different. I have attached a pdf of our job advert so you can see what it looks like. Also on mobile the email address gets cut off (which you can see on the screenshot)

Thank you - I have also attached our Music Therapist job advert. We tend to mostly advertise for both operational roles (such as the first pdf I shared with you) and Music Therapist roles (such as the attached)

Hi @katieshuster , please check the attached PDF for the new design and structure for a job page.

It is structured as follows:

1. Job title and key info on the right side + a call-to-action to apply + working with CMT + testimonial (all floating while you scroll the page)
2. A rich text area where you can add all the job details without being constrained by specific headings and paragraph blocks .. I noticed not all the jobs have the same titles and structure so this will allow you to list all the details freely within a single block
3. at the end of the page we have the "how to apply"

The new structures makes the CMS fields as follows:

• Title (default) e.g. Communications and Events Officer
• Slug (default)
• Internal role title (optional) e.g. Campaign Creator
• Job type e.g. Part time, 2 day a week role
• Job salary e.g. £28k per annum pro rata
• Note (optional) e.g. Fixed term until end of January 2026 with potential to extend.
• Application deadline e.g. Closing date for applications: 2nd February 2025
• Interview note (optional) e.g. Interviews: Via Zoom, w/c 10th February.
• Job details content (rich text field)
• How to apply content (rich text field)
• Apply link
• Testimonial Paragraph e.g. I have been bowled over by the benefits I’ve seen to patients, their families and even the staff since starting the Music Therapy provision
• Testimonial Owner e.g. Clinical Lead, High Wycombe Hospital, Bucks NHS Trust

Since we changed the jobs collection structure I exported the old records and you can see them here if you want to visit them back in the future

That's great thank you @AbdelhalimOJ, it looks great. Just looking at it on the live page, is it possible for the bullet point font to be the same size as the paragraph font?
