Fix performance issues when processing large repositories through the web interface, specifically addressing request timeouts and UI hangs during rendering.

  • Large repositories generate very large output files
  • HTTP requests timeout during processing
  • Browser hangs when trying to render large output
  • Particularly problematic on mobile devices
