don't delete Kafkausers and Kafkatopics

When delete Kafkaclusters, Kafkausers, Kafkatopics together - Kafkacluster removed before Kafkauser and Kafkatopic.
The deletion Kafkauser and Kafkatopic freezes and waits finalizers.

This, unfortunately, is a known problem that has no obvious way to be fixed.

Also, as a workaround, you may consider enabling Usages feature in Crossplane and then setting the deletion order with Usage resources.
